  Disappointing. Food is bland and not authentic. Strange mixes of dishes and ingredients. Was really looking for to the Luke Nguyen cuisine, but maybe it doesn't taste as good as it looks on TV?
  
  For example, rice noodles rather than a baguette loaf was provides in a bo kho dish. It is a Vietnamese curry, so typically people eat it with bread so it can soak the flavour of the curry as you dip.

  I had a very hit and miss experience on the food front. The salt and pepper tofu was good. The mushroom and tofu dish however had little to no taste what so ever. The only saving grace was the bowl full of fresh chilli that was provided upon request to give it some life.

  We had the signature dish pho which was avg for the taste, below avg for its price. Melbourne has much better pho at much lower price.
