  Reception very friendly and efficient. Valet parking also very efficient, had my car waiting for me in the morning even though I was about 20 minutes earlier than I asked them to have it ready. Room was comfortable, automatic blackout blinds were a bonus. Room service menu limited but warm chicken salad was tasty, standard buffet breakfast. Good business stay.

  Decent hotel. Reception is pretty efficient during daytime hours, it slows down after 12 when the chef understandably goes home but that does mean also the 24 hour food menu is reduced to simple items such as ham and cheese sandwiches only. Good parking service and coffee vendor downstairs by the reception (for the general public to buy too, so you can get your morning coffees here too).
  
  Follow the tip of others: Ask for a high level and one facing away from the construction site. The construction site looks like it wont be finished till late 2018.

  My second stay here, compared to my first stay that was better. This time, the guy at the lobby didn't cared if you waited. They just looked at their computers and only after you walk right up they serve you. A little hospitality training goes a long way. This time I had to change rooms. Avoid room 1906 as it's AC is noisy. Rooms are fairly new condition, it's functional. Lift is quick from the lobby but takes ages from the rooms. There's only 3 lifts.
  The car park costs $49 valet parking per night. Rip-off. The first time I came here it was included in my room rates but not this time. I'm not sure what I can make of the hotel, feels new but at the same time it doesn't quite cut it as the preferred hotel. My first and second visit has a stark contrast in service. I mean, you'd get better service at Ibis chains.

  The staff here were exceptional starting from the valet parking attendants, reception staff and food services. Very polite and very professional. The room was immaculate. I was ill on our checkout day so missed the breakfast downstairs. My partner went down for breakfast and mentioned why I wouldn't be coming down. We he came back they brought up a refreshing drink and some pastries. This was going above and beyond and I was very impressed. I would recommend a stay here to everyone ❤
