  Quite possibly the grottiest Maccas outside of the ones in Sydney! Freezing cold in winter, roasting hot in the summer and the odd homeless bum hanging around. It is slightly better on the inside of the station, but then there are dirty tables and hundreds of people walking past.

  Dining area is dirty (as usual). The one bin that's actually there is always full. Staff (including managers) aren't dressed properly (no name badge, shirts untucked and unironed, and some staff didn't have hats or hair nets on.)
  Order takers frequently get my order wrong and the food quality is very poor.
  Burgers from here are usually made sloppy and/or incorrectly.
  Today I ordered a filet o fish burger and when I got it the bun was as hard as a rock (strange characteristic for a bun that's supposed to be steamed).
  I took it back and asked for a FRESHLY MADE one. And what I got back was reminiscent of the sole of an old boot thrown between two halves of a disgustingly dry bun (once again; a strange characteristic for a steamed bun). And to top it all off. When I was watching them make my 'fresh' burger. They showed no care at all in making it. And when it was done it just got thrown into the collection zone.
  The managers here really need to sort their staff and their restaurant out.
  Thanks for the excellent food and the quality service... not.
  I won't be eating there ever again.
