  As a casino they are no different to any other casino, some (not all) of their staff need to work on their people skills, especially security who I'm sure think they work somewhere like Las Vegas or something!
  As a hotel the standard room is just that. A standard room. Not to mention pricey & overrated! It's not till you move up & really start spending the $$$ that the rooms start to get any nicer. I think there are lot nicer places for a lot cheaper.

  We had lunch in The Kitchen lower ground floor. Atmosphere busy... food good...not great. Staff very attentive and friendly.
  I had the chicken BLAT which was nice. My hubby had an Angus Beef Burger which he said was not good, very dry. Considering these were both $22 each we did expect better.
  The rest of the casino is as a casino is expected to be. Gaming tables and lots of poker machines with bars scattered around.

  RIP brisbane casino. I got robbed from 2 women who is a member of the casino. I reported to the manager and told them what happened to me. First they seem very helpful but not. No-one come and tell me what going on after they came to talked to me and they checked the camera and they asked me to wait for hour or more. I think maybe because that women criminal is a platinum member of the casino? No-one can help you better just please be careful both of two women came from Thailand. They will start come to talk to you with very friendly and hug your body very tight and between that one of them took my money from my jacket. I am very disappointed because I saw her many times at the casino but I didn't know she is a cirminal. No point for you to make a report to the casino because they will not help you anything it's because that women is platinum member. Now I am understood how she made money. It's is very sad because I tired very hard to won some money but she just stolen my money from my jacket and I got a very sad more after I had reported to the casino manager but they didn't care to help me.
