  Substandard bathroom fixtures. Confusing lighting system. Bed sheets did not cover footing of bed. Small rooms. Leaking shower door. Nice, approachable staff and attractive lobby.

  Was a pretty grim experience. First got to our room noticed there was no remote for the tv. Called front desk and they brought us a new remote. That one didn't work either one of the staff was in our room fussing about it. The "view" was a tin shed. Overpriced movies you can only play once then have to pay for it again. Which is ridiculous when you have a 2 year old that wants to watch movies on repeat. Went down to get toast for our 2 year old, says on the board children under 12 pay their age. Should have been 2 dollars but charged us more. also let me know when we checked out our 100$ deposit wouldn't be refunded for 4 weeks which would have been nice to know when we first checked in. The only good thing was the dessert room service we got.
